Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Bali Gili Fast Boat. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

Customer Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable payment gateway or administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • Passengers who do not arrive for check-in on time (No Show) are not eligible for any refund.

Operator Cancellation

If a departure is cancelled by the boat operator due to operational reasons, customers may choose to:

  • Reschedule to the next available departure; or
  • Receive a full refund.

Weather Cancellation

If the Harbour Master (Syahbandar) or the boat operator cancels the service due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, passengers are entitled to:

  • A full refund; or
  • A free reschedule to another available departure date.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or bank and may take several business days.
  • Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees may not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No Show or late arrival at the check-in counter.
  • Missed departure due to personal reasons.
  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of departure.
  • Failure to provide the required travel documents.
  • Incorrect passenger information submitted during booking.
