Customer Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable payment gateway or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- Passengers who do not arrive for check-in on time (No Show) are not eligible for any refund.
Operator Cancellation
If a departure is cancelled by the boat operator due to operational reasons, customers may choose to:
- Reschedule to the next available departure; or
- Receive a full refund.
Weather Cancellation
If the Harbour Master (Syahbandar) or the boat operator cancels the service due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, passengers are entitled to:
- A full refund; or
- A free reschedule to another available departure date.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or bank and may take several business days.
- Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees may not be refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No Show or late arrival at the check-in counter.
- Missed departure due to personal reasons.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of departure.
- Failure to provide the required travel documents.
- Incorrect passenger information submitted during booking.
