What is Bali Gili Fast Boat?
Bali Gili Fast Boat is an online booking platform offering fast boat tickets, island transfers, snorkeling tours, private speed boats, and travel services throughout Bali, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, and the Gili Islands.
Can I book online?
Yes. You can book directly through our website 24 hours a day. After payment is completed, your booking confirmation and e-ticket will be sent to your email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A digital copy on your phone is usually sufficient during check-in.

What payment methods do you accept?

When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you receive your booking confirmation email.
Can I reserve now and pay later?
Seat availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been completed.
Fast Boat Information
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30–60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Check-in closes before departure.
What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, passengers arriving after check-in closes may miss the departure and the booking may become non-refundable.
Can departure times change?
Yes. Departure schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, operational requirements, or Harbour Master regulations.
Hotel Pickup
Is hotel pickup included?
Some routes include complimentary hotel pickup, while others offer it as an optional service. Please check your booking details.
What if my hotel is outside the pickup area?
Additional charges may apply, or you may be asked to meet at a designated meeting point.
When will I receive my pickup time?
Pickup information is normally sent one day before departure or after your booking has been confirmed.
Luggage
Can I bring luggage?
Yes. Standard luggage and one carry-on bag are generally accepted. Oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to additional charges depending on the operator.
Can I bring a surfboard?
Yes. Most operators accept surfboards, but additional fees may apply depending on the board size and the boat operator.

Weather & Sea Conditions
Will my trip operate during bad weather?
Passenger safety is our highest priority. If the Harbour Master or the boat operator determines that sea conditions are unsafe, departures may be delayed or cancelled.
Will I receive a refund if the trip is cancelled due to weather?
Yes. If the cancellation is made by the boat operator or Harbour Master, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled departure.
Cancellation & Changes
Can I change my booking?
Date and schedule changes are subject to availability and approval by the boat operator.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation requests are processed according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before requesting cancellation.
Snorkeling Tours
Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes. Snorkeling equipment is included for snorkeling tour packages unless stated otherwise.
Do I need snorkeling experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and our guides will assist throughout the trip.
Can children join snorkeling tours?
Yes. Children may join depending on the operator’s age requirements and weather conditions.
Private Speed Boat
Can I charter a private speed boat?
Yes. We offer private speed boat transfers between Lombok and the Gili Islands as well as selected private charter services.
Can I choose my departure time?
Yes. Private boat departures are generally more flexible than scheduled fast boats, subject to weather and operational availability.
Safety
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. All passengers are provided with life jackets during the journey.
Are boats insured?
Boat operators follow Indonesian maritime regulations. Insurance coverage depends on the respective operator.
